All players, spectators, and visitors are expected to follow these rules to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled booking and check in at the front desk. 

• Late arrival does not extend the booking period. Any time missed due to late arrival will be deducted from the participant’s scheduled booking time.

• Participants must vacate the court promptly at the end of their scheduled booking to allow the next booking to begin on time.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT

 

APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Follow the rules of the game and play honestly.

• Users may only play the sport and use "the court" configuration assigned to their booking. 

• Respect other players and accept calls and decisions without arguing or confrontation.

• Fighting, threats, intimidation, excessive profanity, or aggressive behavior are prohibited.

• Do not engage in behavior that may endanger or disturb others.

• Follow any posted rules regarding game rotation, court time, and number of players.

 

SAFETY

• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

• Keep personal belongings away from areas of play. The facility is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings. 

• Users must ensure the area is clear before swinging a club or using any equipment that may injure another player. 

• Participants should remain aware of their surroundings at all times, especially when others are swinging equipment. 

• Users should follow any posted safety instructions and staff directions.

 

CARE OF FACILITIES

• Users must follow the operating instructions for the simulator, court equipment, screens, sensors, nets, clubs, balls, paddles, etc.

• Only approved equipment may be used.

• No food or drinks, except for water is permitted. Be mindful of equipment (especially electronic) and report any spills to staff.

• Keep the court and surrounding areas clean. Dispose of garbage in the appropriate bins.

• Use equipment only as instructed and for its intended purpose.

• Do not hang or dunk on basketball nets, or other hanging fixtures.

• Handle equipment carefully and return it to its designated location after use.

• Intentional or negligent damage to facility equipment may result in loss of privileges and/or responsibility for repair costs. 

• Any damaged items or equipment must be reported to staff.

 

FOLLOW STAFF INSTRUCTIONS

• All users must follow reasonable directions from facility staff.

• Staff may suspend play or require individuals to leave the facility when necessary to maintain safety and order.

 

Participant Acknowledgement

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, removal from the facility, suspension of facility privileges, or other appropriate action. By using the facilities (the court and the clubhouse), you agree to follow this Code of Conduct and help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.
